Generations Y, Z and I/0 (digital)
Lets start with communication. Its the most important element of any relationship. With good communication lines, data(information) flow smoothly from one generation to the next.
The first rule of being young is, “They’re too old school and they just don’t get it”. Well help us understand you by allowing older people to just be themselves. I promise that you will learn so much from them if you just let them talk. Here’s the kicker, tell them an idea but make sure it’s something that they are familiar with. Next ask them what they think and I promise by the time they finish talking you will qualify as an expert. Lol. They will also offer further assistance in helping you succeed as much as they can. Finally, try an idea thatz nu skool on em. When they reject the idea tell them to please show you a way to make your idea work and your result will be the same as the first idea. Good communications coupled with an honest desire to learn will usually net something worthy.
